Es un hostal muy acogedor, estuvo mi hija el fin de semana del 8 al 10 de Mayo del 2015. El trato tanto de la señora como del señor muy bueno. Para los que dicen que es un tercer piso sin ascensor, no mientan, tiene ascensor. Está situado estupendamente en el centro de Madrid. Ella cogió una habitación individual con baño y muy confortable. La calidad precio muy buena, la limpieza muy buena también. La habitación daba a la calle principal, luminosa y silenciosa.Totalmente recomendable.
I have been for the second time on this place in the heart of Madrid (five minutes from the Puerta del Sol), has been again a very satisfying experience. Very good hostel, excellent cleanliness, quiet, secure. Rooms with comfortable beds, fridge and safe-deposit box. Great value-for-money. The hostel manager is very attentive and spares no effort to make you feel comfortable and shares insider tips on the best spots in the city. On my next trip to Madrid I will stay there again. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful time at Hostel Callao. It was very well situated, close by to the metro and shopping. The personell was very friendly and helpfull. I can fully recommend it!
